Crump, the question is do you think you'd get the same answer if you had taken a RRS into be serviced?
Just drive it till it breaks down, then ring them up and tell them to come and get it![]()

After my last visit, when my fender would not start, i was told "to touch nothing even if you are stuck in a creek with a wall of water comming down" So now I just drive it, no oil checks, no nothing. The rear diff pinion was leaking heaps of oil then it has just stopped. I have not checked to oil in the dif.....not my problem. If the dif blows, it is their problem not mine
I wish you luck in your quest but the owners handbook that is supplied with the car at the time of purchase has the owners check section which states the owner should check there fluids and tyre pressures at regular intervals. This may be used against you.Originally Posted by gruntfuttock
Yeah I know, but I was told by the stealer NOT to touch anything so I am obeying his orders
The same one which will expect you to upgrade when your warrantee expires?Originally Posted by gruntfuttock

Is this the 1st time the problem has occurred. Hopefully that's not the case. In this event check out their "Fix it 1st time policy" in the handbook.
If they've already had a crack at it they must come to your address to pick it up, leave you a courtesy car and return it when it's fixed.
I pulled that one on Southside once ... didn't they squeal and whinge.![]()
