Yep, know the feeling all to well. We applied for ISDN they agreed to do the line work so we could get it, they spent a day down the street doing something to the ring us and tell us the first phase was complete but they werent going to do the second, the result, no ISDN. I am getting sick and tired of all this crap cause i have been loyal to telstra for years and spent countless amounts of money with mobiles, AUSTAR, home and internet and what do i get, SFA. Thing is i cant go to another provided as they cant give me broadband cause the lines are to old, and we are only a matter of metres outside the 5km exchange radius so they have no obligation to upgrade the line to give is broadband. The fasted connection speed i get is 32kbs, not good at all. Matt
