    the truck that heard vlads truck had been too mr more times than it had...

    welp the disco is off to mr again tomorrow...

    it has a hankering for catching vlads record...

    mr harry is dropping his puter in for me to fix in the morning and he is going to try and fix my disco's woes... i bet i know whats gunna cost more by a factor of 10x....

    weep below thermo housing
    shaking suspension at 105k+ (not balance or alignment)
    long term transmission vibration (i can take no more)
    front door locks (both sides dam it)

    Good luck. With the transmission housing check the uni joints and the bolt on the output shaft. That has been the cause on mine both times.

    Dave .. it's time for that 2dr 110 .. at least you won't be bothered by any noises, vibrations, weeping or shaking .. they are all standard issue on a Defender!

    It sucks hey Inc, i spent two days under the bloody disco over the june/july school hols fixing the transfer case, got it back in, was spot on for about 4 weeks and then started ****ing out oil again. I can put up with it, but it ****es me off.

    As for the steering, check everything is tight, check swivel hub preloads, check the pan hard bushes etc, does it only start when a bump triggers it or is it constant at that speed? Matt
