Oil in the Harness, suspension knock, transmission clunk, engine oil leaks, exhaust manifold leaks, centrifugal oil filter stripped bolts, a/c leaks, door leaks, wouldn't trade it for the world

    Ok
Going by royal Mail to here would be the best and cheapest. Get stuff from my brother all the time and only takes a week.
    Price

Ok postage each $62 mmm but becomes cheaper the more we get sent over Ie $62 for one but 2 will be the same priceish to post
They are $125 each but looking like we will get them for $112. But more and that may come down.
Will speak to him tonight as i want to know if that includes the dreded and if so in the Uk tonys share is 17.5 % and as they are going out side of the country they should not be subject to that (but i am new to this so don't really know ) We may have to pay Johns share but that would be less as it is only 10%

The other option is to ask a mate to ship them over and then there will be no postage cost but could be longer as they will come by container with Bearmach parts.

The 200,300tdi's and all the other engine options of the time are the same it is just the TD5 which are differant. Their bottom try (which i call the trough) is not as deep on the TDi's

    Defender Center Dash

I ordered one of these from mudstuff.co.uk and it arrived a couple of days later and looks great, haven't installed it yet but it's looking pretty straight forward.

No VAT on international orders. If the value of a parcel is over $1000 when landing in Australia Customs will hit you with an excise/tax, meaning all would have to be posted individually.
    I am in for a TD5 version.

AU$1000 is approx GBP400 which is approx 8 units @ GBP49 each so we're close to looking at 2 parcels. I think the savings in freight would be worth it still.

I'm still keen to get one

    ME three, please

    Hi Ali

Put me down for 1 by 300Tdi version with AC. Zwitter

    I am in Sydney.

I have family in UK and will be there for a weekend in March if that helps. I too would wait for free shipping.

Should not need to pay the VAT and Johnies bit is only 10% Other duties depend on what you call them. The 1000 dollar threshold is not hard and fast. i got hit for 65% on some used clothing from USA price paid for item 68USD once duty freight and GST paid made them more than could buy here!

Car parts have a set rate but maybe plastic formings could be duty rated at 0%

    Thanks

    james
