Thread: Aulro slow loading or is it just me?

I went and bought a new router today, no lost packets, no aulro delays.
No wirless connection, (still can't get the damn thing to work) runs fine over ethernet though.

As for tyres, run flats hmmmm sounds like just what I need.
Think I can get a swap for a busted router and some dodgy MT's?

I know I tried to coerce him up this way but unfortunatley Hills propertys have gone through the roof $$$ I bought this place on 1/2 an acre 3yrs ago for $275000 the local real estate guy dropped buy and said about $675000 for a quick sale but he reckoned he could milk $695000. I wasn't home at the time as I despise real estate agents like car salesman I know they have to make a living but I'm generally unsociable I saw the bit of paper he left the SWMBO. This price rise is bullcrap.give you guys over there a heads up to the crap over here... In 1998-99 I built a 2 storey 426sqm property on a 600sqm block of level sand opposite he 2nd tee,on a golf course estate 20 mins from the CBD it cost house and land $285000.. I sold it 2 yrs later for $525000 and a divorce,it just re sold last week for 1.2M, Armadale over here is a bit of a down and out type suburb 3 yrs ago properties were routinely selling for $85000-$115000 now you can't get one under $289000 average is $349000..tis all over inflated and the only benefactors are the R/E agents and their principals.
