I havn't had the pleasure of seeing your truck. However, it sounds like a credit to the previous owner.
That plus the fact the 4bd1 was a unique to Australia factory option would make it attractive to a collector, maybe internationally. There were probably less than 500 4 door wagon stage 1 Isuzus produced. There would only be a couple of dozen left I would immangine. At the end of the day the market decides price once you decide it must be sold.
You could probably go the parabolic in the back and ISRI driver seat to keep it a bit longer.
