I'm a Dylan tragic. I love an accoustic guitar or two and an obscure lyric. Lots of newer artists doing this kind of stuff; Richard Buckner, Bonnie Prince Billy, Okkervil River, Low, The National, Neutral Milk Hotel.

Older artists include Emmy Lou Harris, Gillian Welsh.

I'm still getting over the passing of Johnny Cash. Sorely missed.

When it is time to use more amps and turn up the volume you can't go past The Pixies but if you do then it's AC/DC Bon Scott era.

I listen to a fair bit of Country stuff, usually American. Just about the only radio station I listen to is JJJ, but I will sometimes listen to the Techno Doof Doof station if the mood catches me. Will also listen to most Classical (NOT Opera) and pretty much anything else...
