Daily business out of Winton on mail runs with a Valiant ute. Wonder what they would use on the Davenport or Coorabulka mails. Maybe a Chev blitz or a 6x6 Jimmy where we used a two or four ton 4 x 2 Dodge, or 8 ton Commer. My family never had a 4wd on outback mail, cargo, or passenger services from 1916 to 1994.Quote:
