    Helluva holiday....

Man Do I love my break time.... but Im still gunna be one busy little bee...

IVe got to have some surgery and recover.

Drop some tyres to someone in melbourne (thats you Lucas)
Swap a gearbox over (that'd be you slunnie)
Grab my newish spare wheel carrier (still need the bank details Bluetongue)
and Drop some cabling over to Perth (still need the lengths P38arover)
Ive got to showpony my son to all the relatives so thats going to mean a trip to charleville, albany, rockingham, pemberton, and who knows where else.

So so far here is my plan.....

ignoring the surgery and the recovery...

on the 15th of december I'll be tootling down to melbourne to drop of some tyres to Lucas who has kindly offered garaging services for big red and a ride to the airport. Kudos, thats one problem delt with and some $$$ back into my pocket for Xmas.

While Im over in perth I'll deal with relos and dropping off the jumper cable to P38aRover and Im sure beers will be tested and warries swapped.

about the seventh of January will see me winging my way back to melbourne to scoot back to wodonga to hook up the trailer, get a nights rest and then hoik it up to sydney on the 8th where I will drop off the transmission after picking up the spare wheel carrier. which gives me about a week to fit it up in charleville.

If that doesnt pan out then I can put the sydney stop on the other side of the charleville stop and do the box and carrier on or about the 18th or 19th of january.

then its back to work on the 22nd of Jan....

If anyone is in the areas Im likely to be in when Im likely to be stopped (overnighting or doing some work) feel free to drop a line and catch up on some brewskis over a feed....

Or if your on the route from one place to another and dont mind us dropping by for a driver reviver that would be appreciated too.

Well I'll be up for a bit of a run, you are welcome to ride shotgun.
Unless of course you get an offer in a more civilized vehicle, my 81 RR is a bit rough.

Hmmm wonder if there is someone with a new RR or D3 can offer you a ride.

If not you are more than welcome to rough it with me.
You’ll have to keep us posted with more specific dates when you get them so we can pencil in our calendars. Unless you have dates now?
