Not entirely true, I have underlined two problems with the D90Quote:

Think of it like Landy's last for years, potentially a well maintained landrover defender could well last beyond its owner
Could you all see a D90 lasting you through all of your life?
Through offroading, touring, Kids, humdrum everyday tasks (the whole lot)?
You potentially could with a D110. With a 110 , if you have kids no worries (just someone else to take offroad) want to tour the world without a trailor in tow, want to tow a horse float or something else of similar weight (forget it in a 90)
A 90 is a very capable machine, but like you all say it has limitations, a 110 is still a very capable machine which in stock standard trim I have yet to see the limitations of.
I could honestly see a Defender 110 being the first and only car someone would need to buy throughout their entire driving life
I cannot see this with the D90 poser machines.
As for offroad ability I have not seen anywhere a 90 has gone that a 110 cannot, I have however seen a D90 get caught up in a boghole that the length of the chassis meant the front wheels were slightly to short to get it out of. Whilst the 110 went through.

O.K poser machine was a bit hard
But you could potentially pose around the city in a D90 a lot easier than you could in a D110, you have to admit that.
