Was it you I followed up Greenhill Rd on Friday last apx. 3:30 pm?

Green Discovery with headlamps on, sat behind all the way up.

130 traytop with misc. cargo inc. a long brown pipey looking thingy over the cab?

Nope - 'cause mine is white and I was out in my Disco all day Friday (I presume you were following the 130 in your green Disco) but thanks for thinking of me!

I've seen a few 130s going up and down Greenhill Rd. You will recognise mine straight away, as it is a Crew Cab without the canopy on (just the bare chassis rails) and a plank of wood at the back with my lights and number plate tacked on. The canopy is being refurbished but I keep having absolutely no time to devote to it unfortunately.

There is a nice white 110 parked in a front yard as you go through Summertown, on the Adelaide side - do you know if that belongs to anyone here?

Yep, it was my Carrigada Green Discovery. The 130 was white but did have the tray top & I knew yours was a bit bare bones back there, but thought any self respecting LR owner would have had it fixed by now, unless it was a 'LR Special Vehicles' Product.

No, I don't know if the 110 owner is on here but he/she should be.

No doubt we'll catch up one day. Let's hope it's not at some intersection somewhere.

    Don't remind me of crashes!

I wrote off my little STi Subaru 2 weeks ago on Greenhill Rd just out of Carey Gully.

I messed with a truck with it's blinker on that I assumed was turning up a side road. He went straight on!! Back of the car got ripped off, but I walked away reasonably intact, just a bit sore for a few days.

I'd sold the car the day before, so the guy buying it was less than happy.

    Jaysus! That was bad luck.

The main thing though is that you got out of it without personal injury. Cars can be replaced, spudboys can't.
