    D1 15x8 Steel Wheels

I have a D1 with 15x8 steel wheels that look like sunraysias... I have bent one last weekend, I have rung around to source a new one but so far no one sells them.

Does anyone know who supplies these rims?

    OR

As it is a fairly light bump at the edge of the rim would straightening it be an option and who does it NSW and ACT?

If it's just a light hit on the edge of the rim then dont worry about it. Unless the bead is stuffed and it's not sealing.

Pro comp sell 15 x 8 sunnies for land rovers. Measure the back space on your rims first before buying. they are not all the same. By that I mean different manufacturers make them with different back space measurements.

The back space is the distance from the wheel centre (where it mounts onto the hub) to the outer edge of the wheel, on the backside of the wheel. Does that make sense??

Sounds a bit exxy if you ask me but they might suit you if you get stuck locally.

Take a drive to Pick and payless wreckers Tattersall Rd Blacktown - they had (as of last week) the remains of a SII LWB which had 15x8 sunrasiers ( I know as I bought 1 earlier). There is still 1 left lying within 20m of it. (Next to a Merc as I recall). They'll charge you $50 and it has a 31/10.5/15 tyre on it - the rim needs a clean up and the tyre is a bit iffy, but it should be ok
