If its got a holdon badge - yes !
I would sell it. I got our 1997 Fairlaine with the trimmings for $13,000 3 years ago. It's now the wifes car.
Statesmen are good bits of kit. The performance of a Euro super car without the price tag, maintenance bills, unreliability in the heat and dust of the big country, and, you can afford the spare parts. Ease of driving, comfortable seats ,and a/c that works. You also have a Land Rover, remember, and need a second car to drive whilst the LR is at the workshop and waiting for spare parts.
Well its finally up for sale on Carsales
Good luck and do well - personally i'd love a liner like that (for SWMBO), but then I'd be in even more deep doggie doo than i am already in and my Futura is also for sale...... (Just thoght I'd drop that in, then i can acquire this one;) )

Sorry, but its not worth $13500... It looks to be in excellent condition, but fact is its 10 years old...
Highest national price I have seen was $9990
Mate just picked up a 96 with a 383 stroker engine ($18k in receipts on motor) for $10k
And for the others, looking to change vehicles...
Ask yourself this.. WHY???
Amazing how in our economy, environmental times people change cars so often...
Perpetual debt :p
I remember when 100,000 mile's was 'just-run-in'
Now 100,000kms is "sorry mate its over 100k"
Sheez..........
Nice ad. It looks very clean :)
Yeah Redbook so under values cars its a joke but if you have a look what its competing with its pretty much inline with everything else.Quote:
