Redbook Values...... For those who don't already know these values are based on what is written on the back of the rego papers declaring the sale price.
Now as stamp duty is calculated from this, not many people would be very honest would they?
Of course I can't believe anyone would lower the price to save a few dollars on stamp duty, (and would never suggest anyone do such a thing)
