Thread: Water hoses, anyone seen these before

    Why not just carry a spare like every other fella does......
    Or am i the only one who carries Spares???

    Worse case in the simpson.... you blow your hose...
    You replace the old with a new and the next town if your really worried you get one flown in at $34,000

    I replaced my old one with a new one and kept the old as a spare. Problem is in the Disco with twin 4 1/2 year old boys and 2 year old daughter, our gear, tent, cooking stuff, fridge etc they are a PAIN to store if you can find a spot. I was never keen on bending it!

    (Just started the roof rack process..... Probably help a bit!)

    Ok can't find the invoice for all the parts i got, Customs must have lost it or may still have it

    Ok spoke to them and found the part number and details for these hoses.

    They are from All makes and have the same part number but are called exbidition set
    They cost about $40 for a set , and this company will post to you

    I took a spare one on my last trip. It was a 300Tdi and mine is a Td5 but I thought that I could cut it up and at least make something to get me going. I had a few other spares as well. Did not need it but it was a pain in the butt to store as it was like an octupus.

    So if I understand correctly it is an "Allmakes" lower hose for a 300TDI motor "Expedition" type using Genuine Part Number
    PCH-119060 Right with a UK price of 13.61 Sterling

    Yeah thats right
    That was all it cost me for the hose
    Why is that cheap as i have never bought a hose in Aus yet

    It might be worth doing a group buy to save on postage ? Are the defender and disco 300tdi hoses the same ?
