    Water restrictions

I'm doing a research piece about water restrictions etc.

If you wish please supply your approximate location and what level you are on.

BTW: this wont divulge any personal info...

    Thank you all!

    Cheers, GQ

Korong Vale in Victoria is approx 212k's NW from Melbourne in the Mallee District, on Level 4 since August 06
30km up the road is Boort (just gone to Level 2 (it pays to live closer to the Murray River)

I live on a farm with tanks
we've been on (self imposed) water restrictions 90% of the time i've lived there, don't even have an outside hose that way no one can use it

closest towns are on level 3 (for a while)

Live in Perth. No real water restrictions - allowed to water 2 days a week between 6pm and 9am.

We have our own bore though, so use that for the garden (which is now mostly natives and fruit trees, so doesn't need much).

1st water rates bill says we are using $0.12 per day. Will see what the power bill is like because the bore pump likes the juice.

Our current restrictions are no sprinklers, but you can hand held hose as much as you like anytime, we dont have levels, you get 700000l a year allocation if you go over its $1.00 every thousand litres after that, damn cheap water.
