    You're right, of course - but do you WANT your Defender to be stolen? Actually it is probably not as bad as the sales figures indicate - Defenders stay on the road for longer on average than most other models, and the change of model is a lot less frequent - if you include the 110, Defenders have been on sale for well over twenty years, but none of the other models listed have been on sale for more than about two years, except the Tarrago - which may account for why they come fairly high; more of them counted as a single model. Unfortunately I could not find a complete listing of stolen vehicles by model, only the top fifteen.

    We call them the trippers, if you don't know where they are sleeping, you trip over them. Yes the fridge was in the car when it was stolen, but the dogs weren't.
    P.S. I now use a bicycle lock to attach the fridge to the roller drawrs when it is in the car.
