Pat is still around but no longer main editor as far as i know it is now Glenn Wright who was driving the Navara on the dvd. They are good to watch and i should not complain because they are free but i wish they tone the plugs for company's down a bit this was brought up on 4wd monthly forums and Glenn the editor said it would change. Apparently it cost them quite a bit to film on fraser with fees permits and all that stuff. Would rather have a dvd with adds than none at all. Plus there doing up a 85 rangie which is the latest issue.

IMO Pat leaving is the best thing that could have happened to the magazine.

I was dissapointed in the DVD. Too much advertising and more info on Fraser itself would of been more useful for those who unfortunatley haven't yet had the chance to visit this great place.

Understandabilly they need to plug the sponsors but it's a bit too much on this DVD I will say (I usually fast forward through the crap anyway)

Pat seems okay. But funnily enough, there's been more LR content since his exit at 4WDM

Watched it last night, was like watching ad after ad. I don't mind the plug of sponsors and indeed loved the Staun beadlocks segment but more of Fraser would have been good. I guess the sponsors pay the bills though thats why it's free!!!!!!!!

Yeah way too much product endorsement. There was more about welding than beach driving!

I'm glad I didn't pay for this one.

I missed the last DVD cause my subscription ran out and havent had the cash to renew it and already spend to much on mags at the newsagent each week.

I did however get the one with the Bush Mechanics challenge Part II, i would have prefered a DVD On part one but no DVD with that mag. I agree a bit to much advertising, but i suppose they have to cover costs somehow. matt

Im asuming this is a subscription thing. The one in the newsagents has a disco on the cover and comes with the usual free crap magazines.
