I do. We travelled to Darwin on The Ghan last August. Elisabeth and I were the youngest ones in Gold Kangaroo class!

I wanted to do this trip in Red Kangaroo with all the backpackers etc., but Elisabeth won't let me.

Elisabeth wants to come with me. She was supposed to meet me in Darwin but she's going to try to get a few extra days off.

The trip through Alstonville will, if it occurs, be much sooner. A good friend has been diagnosed with inoperable and pretty much untreatable cancer and I want to get up to the Gold Coast to see him.

I also need to go to Coffs Harbour to check on the termite damage repairs to my house (warranty job as the house isn't very old and it had Termguard termite protection which I had maintained - thank goodness). I can combine the trips.
