I am hoping to drive east to Alice Springs via Ayers Rock, Kings Canyon etc in July. I must make a note to drop in and say Hi if I get there.

Oh who am I kidding? Two '96 Defenders all the way from Perth? I'm going to need to drop in whether I want to or not. If it won't be one vehicle it'll be the other...

To be fair to the old trucks they have had their glitches but they've always made it through.

OMG. You are absolutely right.

This site is missing a section detailing rites & ceremonies for the removal of hexes, curses and spells prior to long distance travel, taking the Landy to the mechanic etc.
