Regardless of what it is, who the hell would pay 29k for a defender with crap paint, that if it is a test vehicle has prolly been hammered.

Is this one of the ones with all of the structural bars intergrated into the body?
From the info others have posted it seems this hardtop is not much more than a standard Defender used by the Army as a GD vehicle.
