Hi,
Came across you lot while looking up Danny Cron, and have become one of you lot, kinda.;)
I have just contacted TPP Internet and explained the situation for a similar incident where they have registered .com.au for a high profile brand within the clothing industry that I'm webmaster for.
The guy at TPP said that the outcome would overwhelmingly sure be that the registrant would have the domain name closed down.
This is of course in TPP's interest as the next instance is to complain to auDA, Australian Domain Authority, as this body is the one that administers the .au domains.
So the quick and easy way is most likely to register a complaint, and TPP will do the rest.

Just looked up wwwsimcastmedia.com.au .. anybody care to contact Danny directly?

As this is a public forum easily accessible by all, I'd strongly suggest any specific strategy be sent to Inc by PM.
Also, I'd refrain from making any 'in jest' suggestions of "hired help" (remembering this being public and archived by third parties.)
Inc, I'll send you a PM shortly.
Also, thanks to shonny for resurrecting this issue :BigThumb:
