    The Chery QQ is available in Singapore now... man that thing is tiny...

    my wife and I sat in one for a joke at a dealer and our shoulders were touching the windows on the outside and each other in the middle - no kidding. Can you imagine actually trying to DRIVE with your shoulder rubbing against the glass on one side and your passenger on the other?

    for reference - I'm 5 foot 10, my wife is 5 foot nothing and we are both average builds... side impact protection does not exist.

    The 'soulless' car looks curiously like a mid 90s Nissan Micra, with a different grille.... for about $4000US in China, can't expect too much...

    Rego prices in Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities are half as much again, annually, apparently...


    I read a story a while ago about the road death toll in China, over 300,000 dead every year on their roads, struth!

    I'll have my tiny China car with a bicycle bullbar...

    you only need to drive for 30 minutes and you can get a bicycle mounted on the front of your car by natural means anyway...

    300,000 / 1,200,000,000 = not very many!
