    Why did they swell, Ron?

I suspect the charger didn't cut off when the batteries were fully charged.

I returned the goods to him and asked for a refund. The mongrel took the $10.75 he'd refunded for the excess postage I had to pay and paid me only $21.23

    Purchase price $31.98
    Excess postage $10.75
    Refund of postage: -10.75

So cost to me still $31.98
    Refund $21.23

    Balance outstanding: $10.75

On top of that, I had to pay $8.95 to send it back.

I went onto PayPal to try to recover the $10.75 underpayment but I can't as he's closed the transaction. So I tried messaging PP and, after much correspondence, as far as they are concerned he had full refunded the purchase price and that I should contact him directly. I've tried but he won't reply.

My negative feedback on eBay has disappeared.

My negative feedback on eBay has disappeared.

How in the hell can that happen, I thought it was there forever. Don't tell me E-Bay are getting shonky?

BTW with PP you are supposed to be able to claim Return Postage.

Recently I had a dispute with PP on a Laptop Battery but it all seemed too bloody hard for them to sort it & believed lies from the seller. Didn't surprise me really, he was Chinese. A bit of a scam ordering something in Oz from a Sydney address only for it to be sent from China. That can't be right.

Also I was offered a better price on the battery due to inconvenience etc but that did not happen either. Bastards!

I could fast go right off the Bay & PP.

SWMBO ordered a new band, actually two,as they don't last long for her fit bit.Only cheap,$9.00 all up.

So they arrive yesterday,in the post pack is a note if there are any issues, please do not put a bad rating on Ebay.

    Hmm,i thought,thats a bit suspect.

Sure enough the first one didn't fit at all, poorly made.
The second one fitted OK,hope it lasts.

I suppose they hope we don't complain, but we will.

That is a great price if it came with Drums & Sax. The second one could come with Guitar & Keyboard. Specialise in Beer Gardens do they?

Well one wouldn't put in a good one so they would want us to be dishonest? E-bay would like to know about that I suspect.

Did you also receive a note about them being a poor family with 10,000 ( ? ) kids that can't be fed? I did, with my Battery, & told them if I received another request like that it would be forwarded to E-Bay. Never got another, well certainly not from me but I reckon they bluffed plenty of others.

The RH rear door lock failed on the L322. A new replacement (genuine - according to the box) arrived yesterday.

There was a bit of broken plastic in the box but I couldn't see from where it came. So I fitted the lock and it all worked.

Then I noticed the child safety lock lever was missing. Yep, it was the broken bit of plastic in the box. The box had previously been opened and resealed so maybe it had been broken then.

I probably won't bother with it but I will let the supplier know.
