After having the Disco for a couple of months now and joining the AULRO Forum and listening to the Enthusiastic Comments of the peolpe that still own and drive the earlier series 1, 2, 3 . Land Rovers I want to find my old girl and buy her back ....if any one has any info on this vehicle i would be greatly appreciated..... It is a Series 2 1959 Hybrid with a 202 holden Engine it was the 500th Series 2 built it was green body and white roof ,,,,it has 2a guards with Series 2 radiator support pannel ,,,,so four headlights in total ,,,,a Tubular Bull Bar Approx 5 in dia with spotties,,,, range rover diff centers ,,,army issue axles,,, fully rewired front to back,,, Gemini Bucket seats ,,,,Replaced the rear crossmember,,, it has a Bank of relays under the bonnet on the drivers side ,,,,I sold the car unlicensed as i had to many cars at the time and had no where to store the old girl ...if anyone recocnises this car from the description and knows where it is i would like to know thankyou Ken............................................... .............
