Thread: Buying a vehicle in Perth

One of my brothers is emigrating to Perth in a few months with his family and will be looking for a 4wd to sort out for trips. He isn't that fussy, he is willing to consider pretty well anything. he is a time served Diesel Mechanic and can do all the mechanical stuff required. Can anyone advise on what late 80's and early 90's 4wds go for in that area. Had a look on the web but most of thhe stuff is on dealer sites and he will want something from a private sale or similar (i.e. cheap and cheerful). Ideally, he is after a early 90's Discovery or Rangie. Any advice gladly received.
