I'm not the shouty sweary type. People make mistakes and there is no use shouting at them.

I've just called to explain why I am not happy with what they've missed. I'm taking my car back in next week to get it sorted.

What they have done I am happy with - no problems there. My car seems to be running better already and one of the things I thought wasn't fixed (the headlight washer jets) had been fixed but I though they worked at the same time as the windscreen washer jets so I'd not checked properly. My mistake.

Yup - I know that now.

But that still leaves two things missed off the list I left with them and a mess in the back of my car.
