feeling Blue?
a little moody perhaps?
The Golf Club is on the other side of Cranny, I live in Cranny West and it's in the North 7km exactly.
I have walked it a few times but I normally leave before the sun comes up and there is no proper foot path so a bit hairy walking along the HWY with trucks and stuff at 5am in the dark.
I was going to buy a motor bike but havent got the money at the moment, it's a fairly direct run with only 2 sets of lights that I normally catch the green so it's not that bad in the landy, better than Amanda taking it to work as she works about 20km's away and takes min 45mins stop start on the monash everyday. That was killing the landy very quickly but the Carolla is suited to it fine.
Getting bloody thick up here around Mackay now.
Roundabouts everywhere and flamin red lights.
I hate having to go into town.
The other day on me way in, I was at the lights and there were Eight
damn cars in front of me. Gawd.
Been thinking seriously lately of buying a property over near Quilpie.
Anyone been in that area lately ?
I am not sure yet whether properties there are freehold or all lease ?
Wouldn't touch lease.
I'll have to go an see.
Cheers.
I'm thinking we need another poll about how far you need to drive to find an intersection (or crossing) controlled by traffic lights.
For me it's 730km
Don't have peak hour either...just shift change.
Nearest Traffic lights are 74K in Bendigo...:D
14 km each way (Flemington to Tullamarine); 20-30 mins drive but mostly go on the pushie which takes around 40 mins. Usually ignore red lights except for the mad Puckle street intersection. Hey, I might be thick but I'm not stupid!
