Chainsaw Bars - which brand?

Sharpening a chain is an art form,one side is sharper or one side is damaged.
Most shops will sharpen the chain for under $10.
Have you got a file guide? If not get one with the correct size file,get the guy in the shop to explain how to use it.

I do have one but for around $10 I think it would be worth getting the shop to sharpen it and see if that fixes it. I have sharpened it several times so maybe I haven't done it evenly

I don't blame the saw, no doubt it is operator error (read abuse) and not the saws fault!

sounds like me but its not, can sharpen a drill with my eyes closed though, biggest one ive done by hand was 62mm:eek:
