I have Rhinos and they are fairly good, but would much prefer a good roof rack now. On the list when I can afford one. Generally the bars are transportable, had them initially on the Disco, then could use on the Rangie, now on the Fender.

Rhinos had no probs with a 15ft canoe on the roof, but they do sit up high.

What about purchasing a Rhino rack tray to go on your bars? Are they any good?

ask muddymech and dullbird! they havnt crashed to earth yet
the legs are rated at 75kg/pr of legs, and that has a safety margin factored into it. at xmas i had my roof basket loaded to the hilt with fire wood. i was acutally supprised to see what it would take

Dave, as Pat said, we have Rhino's and got them at Autobarn in Caboolture. Handled the canoe OK on our recent trip, although they did move around a bit on the severe corrugations which I only noticed once home. I think unless you specifically want a rack (which you can add to the bars) they are the pick of what's available.
