The high lift jack did a very nice job of straightening the brush bar and I took it out on a short drive yesterday. The odometer doesn't work and the speedo reads 10kph slow (I was told) so I'm not sure how far (or how fast!) I went but I got a lot of stares and a few waves. They could just have been staring to see what the terrible howling gear noises were though...
