Well my trip has certainly changed :o
This is the plan.
Melbourne, Coober Pedy, Uluru, Kings Canyon, Alice Springs, Kulgera, Mount Dare, Dalhousie Springs, Lyndhurst, Innaminka, Bourke, Dubbo, Bathurst, Canberra, Melbourne.
At this stage the group has the same vehicles as previously stated.
Question is.....

I don't think the Audi will cope with the dirt sections at all well. Kings Canyon to Alice is a shocker of a road. The road to Dalhousie and beyond isn't much better. Definately high clearance recommended.
