can only hope so, i didnt go up last year cause it was so crap, but chaffing at the bit this season. would really like to see 50cm on the ground first. hopefully early next week will deliver.

-0.9 and light rain yesterday at 06:00 when I got up at Yass, didnt see any black ice but by the time we headed into town at 07:20 the rain had washed most of the frost away.

yes...it is possible but the ground has to be pretty cold also.
If the water is running it is less likely. Black ice causes/caused many a heart ache at home for obvious reasons..... tell him to please take extreme care.....:cool:

we got snowfall here, it settled on the highway and some thin stuff on the grass. It was coming down very hard in the morning but cleared and became sunny in the arvo, no where near as heavy as the dump we got in 04. Matt

Yep more cold weather coming in. Canberra region is natorious for black ice.
