Bit worrying it says "finance owing/encumbered"!!! But all looks like the same car. Bit $$$$ though for something with no rego/rwc.
Whether the price is reasonable would depend on what it looked like in detail - but I agree its a bit high for a starting price for something with no reg or RWC - and those front seats don't look original, and one wonders if there is engineering approval for either that or the engine conversion, and whether those wheels need/have approval - and quite possibly other suspect modifications.
I'd also point out that Hastings is a seaside (well, bayside actually) suburb...........
