I had the same thing happen to me when mine was only one month old - a brick through the back window - unfortunately the brick also hit the door frame and dented itwhere the seal is near the top - it was $1300 to put a new genuine glass ans panel beat the frame - paint etc etc etc.
I claimed on car insurance and then switched insurance companies who did not recognise it as a claim - so only cost me the $350 excess and no increase in premiums - infact AAMI was over $100 a year cheaper than GIO.
My suggestion is a door from the wreckers or ebay but then you have the cost of paint - if you are lucky you might get just the glass. A specialist antique car glass company like autoglass in Sydney might be able to help but it might cost.
