    i have pics and maybe possibly a small bit of video of a pinzgauer of road in france they are very capable vehicles bugger buying 6 sets of snow chains thats what i say

    I'd still rather the unimog I think, it's a bit simpler, and easier toget parts for.

    Good example, but common

    101 Forward Controls are common - the 2B and especially the 2A are much rarer. The 109 wheelbase also makes these nice for building a camper, providing the engine is changed (they didn't come with a V8 - just the teensy 2.25 or 2.6). Mine has had a 4BD1 transplant, and a Rangie cog-swapper. It goes most places - tricky tracks no worry, although trees too close or overhead can clearly be an issue.

    I know someone over here that has (had) a IIA or B not sure which. He was trying to sell it a while ago, dunno if he did. I could find out if anyone is interested. I saw it a few years ago and it was in pretty good nick.
