Ok,
So we went for a play around Yarwal ... and me being me, I decided to go to a few more interesting tracks !!
This time it back fired ... 3.5 hours, 2 tanks of 2 stroke for the chain saw, and a good lesson learnt..
What happened ... due to all the rain, as I drove over the muddy section over the water crossing (that we dammed up a little to get it out) the ground collasped under the rear wheel, sending it side ways into the "HOLE OF DOOOOOM" lucky I was in a 110, as a 90 would have gone over...
The Pictures will say a 1000 words ...!!!
This is the view that my mates who were coming to help me first saw...
As they came around the corner.. it got a little more obvious that I was not kidding I needed "help quickly"
We broke out turffer .... so we decided to build it up and drive the bitch out...
Slowly and surely it was coming up... sills off the deck ... wheels on something solid ..
Me now getting cocky..
All good ... just about to drive it out ...
This is the hill anglewas I feeling over confident ?
A group shot afterwards.... as it shows, all the gear makes up for nothing if you do not have some hard working good mates you trust to get ya through a bad moment!

haha - very good story. Reminds me of when a mate and I were going through the watagans and we travelled through this part of the rough, where both sides collapsed and the whole vehicle was just about 2 or 3 cm either side from falling in. We made it through tho, but very memorable.
Muddies & Maxidrive needed!
Steve.
Only thing that would have gotten me outa that hole by my self would have been a winch, some lockers and gods own handto lift me outa there
The image does not really show how bad it was... and how much it was swaying ... it was on the edge of falling over many a times !![]()
Wel done, and with pictures it proves that it actually happened!
Primary school taught me to read by pictures.

Nice pics mate
It's the damage report that impresses me.
The pathfinder and the prado, not apparently involved in the situation your Deefer was, but they came apart at the seams.
They weren't in the same danger, as your Deefer, but they suffered PTSD.
Shorty.
