You will get there Dobbo. Just start again.
I havn't started trying to stop yet. My work smoko buddy retires on Wednesday so I'm thinking I will start by cutting it out at work where I can be destructive:twisted:
It does get easier, I dont think about them anymore until I see those bloody quit adds on tv:mad:. They make me want one:confused:.
Seriously though, take up another hobby I just bought a trail bike:twisted:
Its heaps of fun too

I'm feeling the psychological difference now at less than 2 weeks:D
I am not feeling so lost.
And my body has adjusted to the lower levels of nicotine from the patches. I'm using 24hr 21mg. Yes I was a very heavy smoker which is why it's been so hard to give it away. Just goes to show though it's not impossible. It still takes some willpower and it is true it is hard the first few days but it gets easier. I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I can also see that new bike coming....
What got to me was the first night shift, so Edd when are we starting again?
