with all the crap thats written about them on here,,
I'd suggest they dont care,,
(cos SOMEONE [visitors] reads this stuff)
probably more worried about trying to learn Mandarin.
I wrote a very long and detailed letter to LR Australia when I had my D1 detailing the faults installed in it by Rolfe and didn't get much action apart from a chat with the service manager who I already knew quite well by that stage....
Although in fairness that was probably in 1999/2000

Unfortunately I don't think much has changed, atleast in the last 3 or 4 months. Although I appreciate a stereo isn't exactly a performance/safety issue, I was starting to get a little impatient after my 4th visit (especially as it's a work car :o). I sent emails to both LRA and the dealer (service manager), I know they got them as I have the reciepts, but failed to hear a peep from either of them!
And DionM has just traded his Freelander for a VW Jetta!
