    Mini flathead V8

    The other weekend i was at a party and the brother inlaw was telling me about these mini V8's so i just had to have a look.

    Very interesting, they even have a super charger

    30" cutting deck, hydrostatic drive, rear diff lock and mini V8 good combo.

    I have a zero turn Scag at work, 72" recycle deck with a Diahatsu 3 cyl turbo diesel, it cuts star pickets without even labouring.

    Bit off topic but a mate built a rideon with a 1200cc motorbike engine and gbox, chaindrive down to the cone trans where it went to belt drive.

    Killed the belts in no time so now he's trying to work out how to make it direct drive.

    Hard to drive though as it just sits there spinning unless you take off in 5th or 6th gear.
