    Why would you bother?

I was having a look on the 4wd monthly site where i found a series of articles on one of the editors projects, a Suzuki X90. The trouble they are going to just to get 31" tires on is amazing. I have to ask WHY WOULD YOU BOTHER. I know people do things just to be different or because some one said that it could not be done, but could the money be spent wiser elsewhere? Or am I just too practical. I am all for people building there ultimate 4X4, and I have a few wild ideas of my own, but a X90, get real. And what about the modified RAV 4 at Wandin last year, it falls in this category as well.

    What about a Vitara?

And don't forget the original Zook, the Sierra, very capable little vehicle.

Mate! My wifes Vitara (with her at the wheel) has seen more air time than a skate board at the X-Games

That little thing is brilliant offroad, and its great to see the big boys going when she gets it through something they struggle to drive!

I just might have a soft spot for Suzukis too

    As soft as an X90...

Na, bully for them, but I couldn't see me throwing that much money at one.
