Are you allowed to drive all the way up the access road to the top car park? Or does everyone need to jump on a shuttle bus?

We have a briefing at 0800 tomorrow.
From what the boss tells me the top ar park will be closed and the shuttle will be the go, unless you want to hoof it of course
