Thumbs up What happens when u drive a military lightweight...

... into an army checkpoint, thinking they know who is part of their "game" and who isnt. And at the same time kids you teach come past with a video camera and their hostel supervisor who is in reserves...
My Mate and I were interogated and searched for 40mins, including innersoles out of shoes and "spread your legs". Was v funny!

    legalities

They said it's all cool. You can't import them, and they can't fire anything, but if its no go its ok, also same for deactivated guns (done to police specs). Got a 303 with rod in the barrell etc.
Also if you go out on the rampage with it you will still be on a firearms charge.
    If you're still alive!

At the risk of sounding rather young, Prosh day?

I wish our lot were as good, but i'm pretty sure they don't have much of a sense of humour about it. I'd love a deactivated SLR to go with grover.

Theres a bloke in Melb who was making them a few years ago.
    Got this off him.

The top is the real deal the bottom is a rubber resin copy. He makes them for film props.

    Thats a classic.

I stupidly was looking for a mates place near HMAS cerbrius in Hastings..

I drove and drove until i wasnt in Kan.. I mean hastings anymore..

A nice gentleman in full battle fatigues stopped me and asked me what the hell i was doing and was amazed i wasnt stoped at the two checkpoints prev. I Didnt notice any checkpoint. (Must have been putting on Makeup) Anywho the gentleman was quite nice but told me and my mate we had to do a three point turn on the spot due the fact i wasnt even supposed to have made it this far....

Although i didnt have the fun that you boys did
