There are multi guages available through a comapny called Silvan who make spray equipment, they can be programed to measure just about anything that you can get an electrical signal from up to cirtain amperages etc.

They are around the $1500 mark calibrated and labled to whatever you want and I know they measure,

1.Temp - all different ranges with alarm
    2.Water levels with alarm
    3.pressure with alarm
    4.voltage with alarm

They are used on agricultural equipment and look very very similar to those, and I wouldnt be surprised if they were the same.

I know they would be out of the range of pretty much all of us but they do come programed and with all the sensors wires etc.

I was thinking of fitting 1 for our new spray tank but it is too expensive for us.

I thought they were good because you could set an alarm for each reading, and choose the level of the alarm suitable for your situation.

e.g. set the EGT alarm at 650, Coolant alarm at 90, etc.

I haven't seen any other gauges that let you have multiple inputs and set individual alarms (but completely not my industry so I don't know a lot about electronics), and to have 4 in 1 saves dashboard real estate.

Plus, haven't you always want an inclinometer like those tough Pajeros and Jackaroos

Hey, I'm glad you you got a reply, I've been looking for a resonably priced EGT gauge and a boost gauge but nobody wants to sell one. I know 'thermoman' does a digital EGT but I really want an analogue setup. Best of luck.
