    Que??? I know what TARDIS stands for, but the reason it is bigger on the inside is because of "transdimensional engineering"

    You obviously didn't watch quite enough when you were young

    I agree that Tom Baker was/is the best though.

    EDIT - off topic - I read a Dr who book once (set in WWII) - in which the british military were driving around in "Land-Rovers" Obviously the writer didn't do his research well enough - or maybe the doctor brought some back in time with him

    Well I maintain that Billie Piper's the BEST...

    I had heard that there was another main character in those first two series but I can't recall having seen anyone except Billie.

    Doctor someone.....

    But I say... Doctor Who ?!

    Billie Piper couldn't have been more annoying...

    Some of the old companions weren't bad though - Jo Grant (Katy Manning), Peri (Nicola Bryant), Lalla Ward, etc...
