Thread: Canberra member in hospital

went into the hospital this afternoon to pay a personal visit to Andrew...I have never met him personally but knew he was local boy..and as i pass the hospital quite a lot on my various errands around canberra thought it would be good to pass on the best wishes of the forum members ..i made a little card ( well..my son did ! ) with a get well message from the forum members and also gave him some good old Land rover mags to pass a bit of time..He is in reasonably good spirits and hopes to be on the mend within the next week..I will try and pop in again during the week if i can ..

UPDATE

I got an email from his wife, saying that Andrew is being moved from ICU to 5th Floor WEST at Calvary Hospital, and to let the forum know, as some had planned to visit.

Good to hear he's out of ICU.

I may be able to visit next week when I return to Yass. I'll check this thread then.
