    Sydney LROC Contacts

Anyone on here a Sydney LROC committee member or know how to get hold of someone who is?

I'm trying to get details about the Abercrombie River National Park trip on Aug 18th & 18th and find out where my new member pack is (I paid my member ship fees in June) but so far my emails to the most relevant contacts on the LROC site have not been answered.

I know it's run voluntarily but I'd expect some reply by now.

I don't think I have received the pack as it has not found it's way into my mail box.

Or is the new member pack something more esoteric? I know that Land Rover owners are an elightened bunch but I was rather hoping the pack would be a physical item I could touch not something I would have to search for and find within.

Yes, LROC now send you a 'new membership aura' telepathically, 'cause it saves on postage.

I know what you mean, it's good to get presents in the mail, and I do feel your pain. How about this, although the present won't be officially from the LROC I am a fellow new member so I'll tell you what I'm prepared to do. I have just washed the mud off the disco, tell me your address and I'll send you some in the mail.

Hi Sam D, I understood that the SLROC club is running a desert trip as I write and therefore the officials may well be out of town for e-mails.Doesn't explain the lack of the kit though.Cheers, 130man.
