    recently quoted by 2 real estate agents on my house 3 bedroom ensuite and bathroom and 2 car garage in-ground pool in-ground spa somewhere between $380,000 and $415,000 wiht probable $390,000

    Well, we're in Churchlands, have been looking in Woodlands, Churchlands and Doubleview with no success, and have just bought in Carine. All nice suburbs, but not what I'd call top suburbs compared to the likes of Cottesloe and similar.

    you should move to Tassie,
    builders still fleecing us mad for building $12,000 - $16000 per square. Six months wait to start.

    Itfrustrates you heaps when you see houses advertised in Sydney by project builders for $185,000 for 32 squares on your land.

    Land here $60,000 for a town block upwards.
