    Yes they do shine up well. I washed, polished and waxed our Defender just before my last trip to Fraser Island. It looked as good as new and was very easy to clean when we arrived home.

    I wish I did not sell it soon after.

    Some people might think this is as good as polishing the mailbox but who cares.

    It has been raining hard all night so far here.. just put in a 25000L water tank a few weeks ago, pity we have not hooked it up to the roof yet

    G'day Folks

    Just checked my rain gauge at 10.00 pm
    38mm and still raining steadly and going into my 8,500 gallon concrete tank that will keep us going for a bit and there is supposed to be more on Tues & Wed

    We have had some great rain down here this winter It would be even better if it went to places that needed it more than us .... mother natural may need a little talking to lol

    Quite a lot of rain here since last night. My 3-year-old's birthday party was supposed to be outside in the back yard... not this year! Love the rain.

    Raining when I got up this morning - 0.5mm, and it has now stopped. The area of drought in the state has increased.

    Wish we could send you some, John. 70mls to 0900 this morning since the 'drizzle' started a few days ago and no sign of it stopping...

    We even have 'flash flood' warnings. If it does, I'll take some pics.
