Speaking as one who doesnt really drink coffee let me just say that Maccas coffee is possum ****, and its that damn hot that if u hit a bump and spill some u boil your nuts, like some bakerys whoes pie ovens are that damn hot u take a bite and its all down the front of your shirt burning the hell out of u.Some of u really must enjoy coffee to grind your own beans etc, do u sleep well at night? I drink one coffee and cant sleep for hours,
up until quite recently I'd have to a little careful with my consumption as just a few a week could tip me over the edge :eek:
I'd receive the full, unadulterated coffee experience, almost a full on anxiety attack and be shaking for hours.
I'd have to go cold turkey, or if I was desperate, a Toby's de-caf before weaning myself back onto full strength a month or so later.
Pleased to say I can now have two a day (and a third when really, really tired and need to keep going) and not tip over the edge. :D at least for the moment.

It is interesting the effects, coffee has on various people, personally coffee makes me go to sleep.
Having said that,i know everybodies metabolic rate etc is different.
Dosage per day, depending on what I am doing, about 6, but I'll qualify that this is with our stuff, when out away from home half as much.
I think I mentioned it before, maybe didn't, people drink coffee for a variety of reasons, taste, caffeine blast, like something warm in a cup, like the smell, and so on.
Since trying local grown stuff I am hooked.

on a side issue
one of our dogs, the black bitch was formerly their unruly dog. ( Paul,GQ, and wazza know the dog)
In my opinion locally grown coffee is drunk for the taste, not for the caffeine blast.

John if your coffee is as good as the wombah coffee then you are doing well, whenever we camp at Woody head we always buy a few bags of Wombah coffee for the duration and one on the trip home. Great people very friendly.
I have since become lazy on the coffee side after being given a Delongi Essenza which uses the Nespresso capsules. For speed and consistency it is great however the capsules can be damaged in transport.
